This article advances research on moral responsibility in organizations by drawing both philosophical virtue ethics grounded the Aristotelian tradition and Positive Organizational Scholarship concerned with virtuousness. The discusses very conditions that make possible realization of virtues virtuousness, respectively. These ground notions resulting praise or blame organizational contexts.
